"My wife and I lived here for over 3 years. We were part of the original move in when it was first built. As with any apartment complex the office staff changes constantly, but it has its positives and negatives. The positives are you are in a very popular area with a ton to do and every restaurant or store you could imagine is nearby. You're close to the cities and the airport too. And this place also has a gym and a rooftop pool that is awesome! We stayed for so long because once you step into the apartment it feels like home. It is also new and looks like it, we constantly got compliments on how nice our apartment and the whole building looked. And before they built the new living area, Vikings players were living in this apartment complex because it is so close to the practice facility. I met Dalvin Cook on multiple occasions the first year. Now for the negatives. While it felt like home on the inside of the room, everything outside of it was not. They had to shut down portions of the gym because they stupidly put weights and a gym directly above people's rooms, so every time weights dropped there were complaints, so they took the weights away. They allow the older larger building residents to use the pool on this newer building. That is not fair at all, they do not deserve that pool, because we are the ones paying more for it and it is on our building. We are paying more than them, so we deserve the better stuff. Also because of this the pool was constantly busy and crowded during warm months. They also had to clean out the pool on multiple occasions, I know on 3 of those occasions they were residents from the larger (worse) building. As with any apartment you are going to have noise. All of them were tolerable except the last one. This gentleman was a spoiled brat who was having his daddy pay for his apartment and he was extremely disrespectful. He had the cops called on him 3 times. He would bang on the walls. When the Rams won the super bowl him and his friends literally went and banged on people's doors and the walls and started yelling non-stop for hours. He would constantly have parties every weekend until 3-4am. All with extremely loud music and they would ruin things in the hallway and other parts of the building. Remember when someone took a dump in the main stairway? Remember when people were puking on the windows? That was all him. After constant complaints from many people, apparently that wasn't enough for the administration to remove him. I don't know what happened to him, but it took over 1 year for him to leave or get removed. After the cops get called on you 3 times, it's time to get kicked out. They cut corners with the building materials in this apartment to make it look nice and charge more, but it is cheaply built. Things were breaking all the time, pipes were freezing all the time, pipe bursts happened all the time. If you put a ball on the floor it would roll to the right or the left in every single room. The back doors have to be forcefully opened or shut because they did not cut the doors correctly. You can see under everyone's door too. Just cheap. The last complaint I have is about the parking issues that you will see tons of reviews about. It is a serious issue and concern. They did not math out the lines at all, spots don't make sense, are way too small, and spots are in front or next to heaters and ruin cars. My wife's car died if you left it in there for more than 48 hours and the second we moved that issue stopped. We paid to have her battery looked at and replaced many times, thousands of dollars, just to have everything work perfectly the second we moved. So it was definitely an issue with that underground garage. We were not the only ones. And they did not make enough spaces. They promised us enough spaces for one resident from each room to have a heated spot, that was a lie. There's not enough spaces for half of the building, much less the whole building. Overall this place is not worth the money at all. But if you want a decent place in a nice area then CV2 works."
"Could have been better. Rented this place in April; rent was reasonable, would be nice if they have front loader he washer instead top load washer; floor 1 could have been better lots of dog hair (animals hairs) scattered all over the common hallway they get tracked into my unit; would be better if they have it vacuumed daily."
"It is a very convenient apartment complex with fantastic amenities. Many convenience stores and health clinics are located within walking distance. Underground heated parking is a great convenience. The maintenance team was very helpful and attended to maintenance issues immediately. Previous property manager Jeff, and current property manager Kristina are very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who seeks a peaceful living setting and convenience."
"I don’t know why there’s a lot of bad reviews, as we also saw these reviews when my husband and I were looking at moving here. We decided to move anyways and we’ve had no issues. There’s no problems with parking space as some reviews say here. Maybe it used to be but at least when we moved here there hasn’t been any issues. We’ve been living here for a year and we’ve loved it. Everything is so new and works properly. I can add on the noise reviews. The walls are transparent.. but no one makes noise here! You almost feel like you’re living alone in the building it’s strange! Only occasional sounds here and there but nothing crazy. If I had to say anything about issues, it would be that we see that the elevators and garage doors have had the occasional out of order due to some repair needs. Even with that though, we always get notified by email or text to accommodate with the repair times and get our cars out, etc."
"It’s a great place to live. Everything is new in the apartment and I love the gym settings for both CV1 and CV2. They have 60 pounds dumbbell which is a perfect solution for me. We also have good neighbors and never had any noisy issues. The living room has a large window which helped a lot to keep the heat in the room and you will be glad to see your utility bills are very low during winter time. I didn’t have a problem of any parking after they implemented the new parking policy and in general it’s a good experience to live here."
