"this place is worse than my last apartment. we have been here for 6 months and the carpets in the hallway are absolutely disgusting and need to be replaced. the floor in the trash/laundry room ( yes they are in the same place) has never ONCE been mopped. there are lastly garbage spills in the hallway that have been there for months. the water is constantly turned off. (it is turned off now as i type. ) the police are here EVERY WEEK!! it’s pretty ridiculous. they never give us any information on why the police are here or when they will be cleaning the place up. if you’re going to move here, move into the newer building. the older ones are not well kept at all and are very out dated. the only thing i like is the price. i pay 1100 for a one bedroom which is the cheapest i could dine in the area."
"I love Glen Pond the workout room is amazing. Its quaint but effective. I really like the staff here they are so helpful. Ive lived in a lot of places but Glen Pond really feels like home. One of the coolest things about Glen pond is the ease of access to essentials its close to everything from freeway entries to stores and services. If youre looking to come to Eagan i would definitley stop in and take a look. Its worth it."
"This time last year things were super rough. But, the new staff has been making a ton of good changes, including maintenance happening a lot faster than it ever has before. The office staff are all super cool and easy to talk to. Camille is really down to earth and real."
"The rent pricing is fair for the amount of square footage! The staff are great to responses! It's location is right on 494 and 35E! There is a huge indoor pool that is open all year! Summer swimming is fun, but swimming during the winter is amazing!"
"The maintenance and office staff are still pretty new. There are good things happening. They are getting more involved with the residents like their newsletter, holiday stuff, and raffles. They are making improvements on the property. Plus it's a great location."
