"The apartment was very clean. We hadn't seen the apartment prior to move in, and were amazed at the large size. Paperwork was ready when we got here. Residents were kind and helpful. The entire grounds were very well kept and beautiful. I would have given 5 +, but the elevator broke on our second day here, and we were moving in on the second floor. It was promptly fixed on Monday."

"The maintenance man replaced the bath faucet which is fine because it wasn’t working right . But the leak is at the base of the tub at the caulking. It only happens when the shower is on. I would think it is a leak in the water line or the waste line under the tub."

"The building is tucked in the woods. The view is incredible, I see deer right outside my windows almost every day. The courtyards are beautiful, tenants are all so very friendly. Wonderful community. Spacious apts. Walls aren't paper thin so you don't hear your neighbors. In apt laundry room. The lobby and halls are kept clean and vacuumed regularly. Its a great place to live."
