"My dishwasher doesn't work. The bathroom door doesn't close. I have a maintenance order in.That should have been done before move in. I don't have access to the intercom either."
"I have visited these apartments several times, and I have always been impressed. The apartments are older, but they look great and are kept in great condition, the common areas are clean and the staff there is friendly. I've always appreciated the abundant parking availability too."
"Not given a parking garage when it’s supposed to be provided and have asked four times for one. An immense amount of repairs needed on move in day. Office hours are hard to follow along with. Given a notice to the apartments about new construction the night before it happens which is the next morning and if anyone misses that email they will be towed. Unacceptable."
"This is the best place! The location is great, and all of the staff is super friendly! The residents are very nice and kind, and the place and common areas are kept up so well! We were always responded to quickly. My brother and I only stayed for a short time as we were between selling and buying houses but we would have stayed longer! We loved it here!"
