"Costco has ROCK BOTTOM cash only prices. If you don’t have insurance - this is the place to get your prescriptions. The reason I gave them only 3 stars is if you decide to have your prescriptions filled at Costco, you will have to WAIT in long, slow lines to pick them up. I’ve never seen such slow lines - EVER. I know that they are probably busy but if they get LONG lines, rarely do any of the pharmacists or pharmacy techs jump in and help get the line moving. They need to figure out a way to serve their clientele FASTER. Going to Costco to stand in a 30 minute line to pick up 1 prescription is aggravating."

"Best prices on many of the prescriptions that are still under patent. Call ahead a day in advance with your scripts and pick them up when you go shopping the next day. Between the savings here and the savings at the gas pump my membership is paid for after only a few months, not counting the savings for the other products I purchase there."

"Nice people here. Easy process. Recommend checking if it's ready in case out of stock or another reason before going in at any pharmacy. Usually you get a text notice too at Costco when it's ready for pickup. This also makes better experience for other customers because faster lines and the pharmacy staff. I can't imagine telling 75%+ of people "let me check on that, no, sorry" all day. While they see long line of people (most likely their next victim) rolling their eyes in the background."

"You do not need to be a Costco member to utilize the Costco Pharmacy. Costco's prescription prices are about the best around! All you have to do when you go in, is tell the person checking Costco membership cards, that you are just going to the pharmacy I've never had anyone question me about it. They're very good at their jobs. You can compare GoodRx prices, your insurance prices and Costco's every day prices...you pay the lowest price. Try to do your price comparisons before arriving at the pharmacy though. They are very busy, but also very patient. Please give them your patience, as well. I am very pleased with their services, and they have the lowest prices around...usually."
