"So I've had an ac unit sit for a week at their facility with it saying 3 times out for delivery and when it did show up it was completely busted up and leaking oil from compressor. Like why would you leave this at my door. Now I had something show up at 5 am on Friday at their facility and it should have went out since it was processed a little after 6 am and the trucks leave about 830. But once again just going to sit at their facility for who knows how long. I'm tired of a promised date and my products just sitting an hour away. Come on you weaseles out your raise now earn it."

"It's pointless to try and use any shipping tools with this UPS facility. Want them to hold your package? Even if you pay for it? How about they just ship it back to Shreveport, then back to Texarkana, then deliver it to your house, and keep your money. Store says it's open from 3 to 6? How about they leave a sign saying they open at 4. Need to talk to someone? Good luck finding a phone number. Don't depend on them if you don't have to."

"This, UPS facility has got to be the worst most unprofessional business around. I drove 35 miles yesterday to ship a package and stood out side the door along with 10 more people from 2:59 pm until about 3:25 pm waiting for them to open. I confirmed on the website the hours of operation before leaving home and then again while I was standing in line. The website showed it to be opened but the door was locked and could see no one inside so I finally got tired of standing out there and called the local office number. After 3 times of calling with no answer the 4th time a lady answered and told me the lady that runs the shipping counter didn’t show up for work so they were closed because she was the only one that knew how to do it. Needless to say We all were astonished to know that not only did she know we were all standing out there waiting to conduct business and didn’t have the decency to walk to the door and inform any one they were not going to open but that she didn’t have brains enough to at least put a sign on the door to let people know. No telling how many people showed up after we left and waited with no clue they weren’t going to open that day for business. I found it unbelievable that a business a large and well known as UPS has only one person who knows how to work the customer service counter, and has no backup employees trained to do the job. While we waited several of the people in line were talking about how this kind of thing happened all the time at this particular facility, and that the lady at the counter is consistently late, as much as 30 minutes or more all the time, but nothing is ever done to change it. How unprofessional can one business be!!! Someone should definitely be reprimanded in this particular office, due to their unprofessional behavior not to mention the blemished image it portrays of such a well known major shipping company. We originally chose to ship using UPS because they were cheaper but found out quickly that a few dollars saved isn’t always worth it. We finally left and shipped with FedEx and experience EXCELLENT customer service!"
