"Never planned to review a pharmacy, However this Pharmacy Has actual Client Services. In all years of dealing with Family members Meds to Dogs RX Walgreens CVS online places chewy etc... are an embarrassing joke in comparison, All prescriptions we've moved to Costco Maple Grove as they run a well oiled ship! Fast service texts emails received Order in meds that what will work, mindful of costs even make insurance nonsense issues seem less problematic to taking all the time needed for a patient questions. Pharmacists are true Care Providers at this Costco. Ryan F stands out amongst them all I knew there was a reason years ago I suggested a few doctors call in all their patients Prescriptions to Costco. Thanks Ryan & Team"

"Wonderful staff and customer service. We came in from out of town, during the early evening and inquired about availability of covid boosters without an appointment. Ryan, the pharmacist, no problem! Living near the Canadian border it is not available - yet. Closest location administering the booster is in Virginia, MN. CVS is less than customer oriented. Retired Veterans with Tricare have limited options."

"Twice they have lost my prescription for my dog's medication. Went today to get them at 2:30, when I was told online they would be ready. Got there and stood in like for 20 minutes at 3pm, and then got to the front and am told they don't have a valid prescription from our vet and are trying to get one, and that I hadn't had a valid one since before May, plus the other one wasn't filled yet but should be within an hour. I had physically dropped both new prescriptions off October 9th, because the last time they lost the faxed one, and then had issues getting a new one to come through. They said the only one they had was from May for one of the two, and it was for only one filling. Never mind the fact they just filled both in October so either they gave me two fulfills without a valid prescription, or they lost the one I dropped off...so now I have to go back an hour drive to get it once they figure out what is going on. This is twice in a year this has happened. They are normally 1-2 hours behind, even though it had been 2 days since I requested the prescription. The savings are not worth the wasted time, honestly."

"My experience with the maple grove Costco pharmacy was not good at all! I would not recommend them! They supposedly were getting both my prescriptions ready this week. I was never notified when they were ready so I had to call again and they only had one of them ready. When I got there to pick both prescriptions up they had the forgotten one ready and the one they they said was ready was not ready. They said it would be 15 minutes……30 minutes later I am still waiting for both my prescriptions that were originally suppose to be ready. Needless to say I walked out of there with out my prescriptions as I was so fed up waiting. Again I would never recommend. I am switching back to Walmart as I’ve had much better luck with their pharmacy’s"
