"My husband keeps running out of medication. We live at Havenwood of Maple Grove, MN. Jim is in hospice care with Parkinson disease and aspirational pneumonia. For the last 3 weekends he has run out of his duo nebulizer medication. Yesterday he ran out of his prescription cough syrup. It was supposed to be here at 4pm. Still not here."

"100 Stars!!! We scheduled our Covid Vaccine for our child at this location and it was an OUTSTANDING customer service/customer care experience!!! We only had one appointment scheduled but the very friendly staff here were willing to accommodate my other daughter get vaccinated and even I was able to get my booster without an appointment. We had a very nice gentlemen, in a Santa hat, greet us outside the door, and from there they all took such great care of us, filling out paperwork, forms and providing information. The lady who administered the shots was an expert, no one felt a thing!! I was so happy and overwhelmed with how outstanding the customer care and service was given by all the employees there today. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back here for all future vaccines for our family."

"Very poor management, they all need to take classes on HR issues and how to manage. The people there are toxic and if you are not part of there 'click" no one will even acknowledge you exist.. you have HR talking about people in the middle of the room, you have pharmacist talking about how people look and what they are wearing! I highly recommend not working here!! All medication handled and packaged are using bare hands. I felt sick for months working there, not cause the job was hard but because of the people you have to work with were unbearable!!"

"I made an online order for k-tape. It was never delivered. After 10 days of useless communication -- including broken promises on their part -- they've stopped answering my communication. At this point, I'm just out the money I foolishly sent them. I don't find this to be a reputable business. They might be fine if you go into the actual store, but... why take a chance?"
