"seemingly a nice place to live... but management practice is openingly discriminatory towards certain individuals of gender and color. i was told i was denied residency because of something that was found on my record 23yrs ago that was reversed on appeal. mind you that i have a sec. 8 voucher and drove a school bus for almost 6yrs. management flat out lied and said they do 30yr backround checks on all their residence. 30yrs, which has proven to be a lie. like i said seems like a nice place to live. but who want to rent from ppl who are openly bias and or uses other ppl of color to perform racist practices. with the intent of sheilding the idea."
