"I have loved living at The Quentin for the past nearly two years. The building is beautiful, intentionally designed with sustainability in mind (the bees are treasured residents!), but what really sets it apart are the people. From day one, I was treated with the respect of not only a tenant but a valued member of the community. Anytime an issue arose - which is inevitable - it was handled promptly and thoroughly. The sauna, Sky Lounge and yoga studio are a few of my favorite features. My plants have thrived with all the natural light my unit gets. I’m beyond grateful to have found The Quentin and would highly recommend it to my friends and family."
"I have been living here for a few weeks and everything has been wonderful. There were some issues with my lease at the beginning but were promptly addressed outside of normal office hours, allowing me to move in when I needed to. Maintenance issues are addressed within 24 hours. Property has multiple locked doors before arriving to tenants residence. It is right next to a highway, but road noise is not an issue at all. Very little noise from neighboring apartments."
"I would not recommend living at The Quentin based on our move out experience and the issues that we experienced in the past year. When moving in, its important to note they don't provide basic apartment fixtures in the units including a microwave, an oven range hood, towel hooks or rings, toilet paper holders, or window blinds in the main living areas. All of these things are additional expenses to the tenant. While living there we experienced issues with our lockly door system and getting locked out of the apartment, and issues with the washer and dryer (which are not standard size and take forever to wash and dry small loads). We decided not to renew our lease and vacated our apartment early and fully cleaned. We were surprised to not receive our security deposit back and we’re also charged an additional bill for cleaning, painting, and carpet. In all of the buildings I have lived in, I have never experienced such charges. Overall, we were very disappointed with this move out experience and communication from the office. There are many other wonderful buildings in St Louis Park to choose from."
"My Review is a bit unorthodox as I am not a tenant of this apt building however I need to let prospective tenants know of the amazing customer service I received from Sammie. My family and I were impacted by the SW Airlines Meltdown over the holidays 2022. We had our flight cancelled and rebooked a couple of days later. While we got home to SLP on 12/26 our luggage did not. I had called SW/ MSP to check on the location/status of our luggage a few times but was kept being told they had not been touched since we checked them in on 12/24. Today I received a text that our luggage had been delivered. I excitedly went outside to get my luggage but they weren't there. I contacted the delivery company and they were able to see that my luggage was delivered to 4900 Cedar Lake Road S.r I googled address, saw it was The Quentin Apartments. I live in the 5900 block of Cedar Lake Road S, so was confused . While conversing with the delivery service, I called the phone # on The Quentin's website. At 1st, it just rang but then another phone # called me and when I picked up that call, it was Sammie from the complex apologizing for missing my call. I explained this very strange situation and as soon as she heard that it was luggage impacted by SW meltdown, she immediately told me that she would go look for it for me. Not even 5mins later, I got a text message with a picture of my luggage. YEAH!!! I was in contact with the delivery service and was going to go pick up my luggage myself however they wanted the driver to correct his mistake. I explained that to Sammie and said she would put the luggage in a storage place, to have the driver call her once he was there. As soon as the driver arrived, he called me and then I called Sammie. Less than 5mins later, the driver called me to say he had my luggage and was on his way to my house. I cannot say enough about how pleasant Sammie was and how willing she was to help me with this situation. She truly didnt have to do anything for me since I am not a tenant but she was eager to help me get this all sorted out and to do her part in making that happen. If this is the way she helps someone who is not a tenant nor a prospective tenant, I can only imagine how willing she is to help residents of the complex. I feel that this property must be well managed if they have a person like Sammie working there who takes Customer Service seriously, even for someone who has no vested interest in the apartment complex."
