"Total disappointment, I made a contract for 13 months again, I have already lived here for 2 years and I have 3 cars, they tell me in the administration that I have to take out my 2 cars because they will not accept it, they will only accept 1, and now I have to see what to do with my cars because they now want to rent the parking lot, and besides, if I have visitors, they must leave at 11pm because otherwise they will tow their car, unless they pay 5 dollars, and when you enter the building what you see is dirt on the entrance."

"Parkway Flats is a quiet community, tucked away from major roads and surrounded by mature trees. I had a great experience with the rental process and the building exceeds my expectations for affordable living. The property is well maintained, clean and shoveled. My daughter gives it 2 thumbs up!"
"Amy the general manager is beyond rude and was extremely unhelpful when connecting with us (my friend and I, both applying). I had to reach out to her when wondering whether or not I got accepted to the place. She ended up declining my call twice and when she finally answered she acted as if she didn’t know who she was speaking with. PLEASE be aware of HORRIBLE management and customer service when applying to this place. You’ll have to reach out to AMY yourself to even get a response!"
