"This is actually my first time ever to write a review but felt obligated to share my experience. I lived in this complex for 2 years. I rented a nice located (corner) apartment, renovated, and with washer/dryer in unit. Really liked the apartment itself but the building was horrible, poorly maintained. It’s not cleaned well, a lot of times it will smell really bad inside the hallways, and the worst is in winters, they don’t shovel snow very well neither the walkways or the parking lot. When I first rented I was excited about the screened balcony and the pool I used to sit on my balcony all the time and have my patio door open without having to worry about bugs entering my apartment. Suddenly they decided to “renovate” and removed all the screens and removed the pool and built a dog park instead, which I thought was a terrible idea because I don’t have a dog and many residents don’t so not everyone will benefit from this change. The manger when I first rented was amazing, very nice and very helpful. However, they changed the management and I had a terrible experience with her the last two months of my lease. She was not supportive at all, very rude and non-professional, she hung up the phone at me one time. I was trying to find someone to lease my apartment and when I finally did and that person was super excited about renting the apartment she suddenly backed out because of the poor management and because the manger would not answer any of their questions I got supper frustrated. So I really don’t recommend living in this place especially with the current management."

"If I could leave negative stars I would. We lived at this complex for 3 years. Mostly because it was affordable, they accept dogs & the location. Other then that, it’s a very run down, poorly managed place. There’s always some kind of maintenance issue not being handled. There is no designated cleaning staff or maintenance staff for the buildings. They send someone over from other properties. That means things don’t get done for a very long time. The cleanliness of the hallways & entrance doors is disgusting. I have many photos below. The management changes often and they are very hard to communicate with. They have cursed at me and my partner, which is very unprofessional. They have made many state/city violations. The problems only get fixed if you present statutes to them. I would choose another place to live if you can. This place is unsanitary, horribly managed & unsafe. D"

"I was looking for an apartment for my son and I booked a showing. The manager was so professional and kind. The manager waited for me even if I arrived late. The units are renovated and looks modern, tho they are still renovating the outside amenities and building. Great location and awesome management."

"I have only been here for a month or two and was excited to move because of location, pool and screened in balcony (convenient for my cat). when i applied the leasing office talked about how the pool will open in upcoming week or two then a week after the pool was supposed to be open, they sent a message that it’s getting ripped off and the screens on our balconies the following week. Made me lose interest in this place quickly as i was really hoping to be able to use the pool and this wasn’t mentioned before applying actually the opposite, and can’t even lay outside because of all the construction:(. Still haven’t put a screen on my balcony door to replace the other screens they had ripped off. Management is nice, but don’t expect anything professional. on call has been rude over the phone, and there’s some things that management doesn’t seem to care to fix even if you have mentioned it more than once. Also make sure you track your packages closely- there’s some package thief’s and the cameras don’t rly matter:) over all an Ok experience so far, parking and location is nice and the remodeled units are very nice (some have in unit laundry) and i’m sure soon enough the inside/ halls will hopefully be renovated as well!"
