"Just moved in a few days ago, Megan has been wonderful and helpful throughout everything and is prompt to respond to questions I had and made move in easy and stress free. There were a couple of issues with the apartment that needed to be taken care of right away, and Daniel, the maintenance man came the same day and fixed everything right up with no problems, even explained things and happily answered all my questions. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. So far, everything has been great!"

"Great apartment. They seem to having cleaning crews here all the time, so I’ve always felt I was coming home to a clean building. The maintenance men chuck and Daniel have been life savors, when my washer broke they were able to replace it very quickly, while the management gave me access to another washer/dryer while we waited. Very dog friendly as well! lastly, they have great community events. Dog friendly -Srija and Willie"

"We have lived here for 6 years and are very pleased with our home at Arrive.Our apartment is spacious with a great view of the park. The complex is very quiet and well kept up. The staff is very accommodating. Katie and Megan are very helpful and Daniel and Chuck have taken care of our maintenance requests promptly. We also are pleased with the woman who cleans our halls elevators and common areas. She is friendly and does an excellent job. Arrive St Louis Park has a beautiful setting across from a park and wooded area. This apartment is a gem in St Louis park."

"Just upgraded my lease from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. The last year at Arrive has been absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful, Megan especially, she was very patient as I explored different layouts and chose the right apartment for me. Have only encountered 1 issue when maintenance needed to be contacted and they responded very quickly and respectfully! The amenities are wonderful, always clean and properly functioning! Overall it’s a an amazing place to call home."
