"Family stayed here while visiting us. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby except the menu for cocktails was outdated, so many things were not available, and we didn't know what was. Family said the rooms were great and very comfy. Despite the proximity to the highway, they said it was very quiet."

"Ginger haired male front desk attendant is very rude. Was checking out- he was in the back for a long time before anyone appeared. He looked disheveled. He said just leave your key. I asked for a hard copy receipt he said NOPE we don’t print. Turned around and went back to sleep in the back room. Super rude. Sorry I woke you up! Night staff was really kind and helpful."

"It was a very unpleasant experience I left after 2 hours of being there and didn't say anything , if they wanted to provide me with a stay on the house I may try again but I just wasted $250 and it's not sitting right with me. Honestly I don't even feel like complaining or dealing with it so I left. Bummer. Update I did end up contacting them to explain the issue and they are taking care of me, this will be updated after they follow through."

"This is a great business hotel. I've stayed here a few times for work and it's totally fine. There's a cute shopping area in the West End and I was able to walk to an Orange Theory workout class, which was nice. The rooms are super clean and nice. The showers are too small. The staff probably could use to be built out during busy periods as there were so many times a person was not even at the counter and didn't answer the phones. Overall I'd stay here again as it seemed clean. Let's widen these shower Marriott...they seem to get smaller and smaller for average size people."
