"Worst pharmacy ever. They take forever to fill prescriptions and tell you to come back in an hour or so. When you come back 2 hours later, they tell you it’s still not ready. The pharmacist acts like he hates his life and made me wait in line again just to pick up the prescription I already paid for. It was literally sitting on the shelf. If you wanna call them, forget about it."

"I went to pick up a prescription that was sent over the day before. When I arrived they said one wasn't ready and needed PA (which is bs because it is a rescue inhaler) and the second could be made ready in 30 min. Later when I called, about 5-6 hours not only was I waiting over 30 min to get an answer they said the rescue inhaler was ready but the other prescription was not. And they didn't have my info so they couldn't call. More bs seeing as I've been getting all my prescriptions from there for more than 5 years. This is beyond absurd!! I will say, however, when I called the rep was very nice and tried to reassure me even tho I was already beyond frustrated at the time."

"Was on hold for over an hour this morning. Never spoke to anyone. Went there this afternoon to try to get the prescription. There was an issue with getting the doctor's approval. But the doctors couldn't get through to talk to them either. After waiting for an hour and a half I gave up and had the doctor switch the prescription to cvs"

"Picked up a prescription today and the pharmacy tech was incredibly welcoming and positive. Prescription was filled quickly and drive-thru service was fast and efficient. Honestly, I’m also trying to cut pharmacists and pharmacy techs some slack. They work incredibly hard for not enough money. The people we should be mad at are the CEOs at Walgreens who don’t pay employees or staff their stores adequately. Shame on you, Walgreens. This service is crucial for many people and you’re burning out the experts who we rely on to supply us with medication."

"I love most of the staff, but occasionally you may running into a crabby person working, but God bless them for working through this virus! I would highly recommend this Walgreens."
