"I had both of my small children with me 4 and 1yrs old. We had just come from the pediatrician. Both of them had bad ear infections and needed medicine that night. It was 5:00pm when I arrived. I waited over 30 minutes inside to get to the front of the pharmacy line, to hear that they had not yet started the prescription and it would be 20-ish minutes. I was kind, as I have worked in customer service for years and staffing is sometimes an uncontrolled challenge. I then let my son buy a small toy and at that time my 1 year old needed fed and was almost ready for bed. I decided to go through the drive through to get the prescription so my daughter could eat her bottle and I could frankly contain my kids from running all over the store. The drive through (2 cars in front of me) took another 30 minutes. I waited for almost 1.5 hours to get medicine I needed for my sick children. No apologies for the delay, nothing. There needs to be a thorough staffing/service plan support built for this pharmacy."

"One full star is overrating. Refills never ready when promissed. No updates. Endless waiting time to inquaries. Staff appeares like a bunch of trainees on their first day, chasing their tails to locate your medicine in the wall full of trays, or constantly hammering keyboards..."

"Highly recommend updating store hours online to reflect actual hours - drove 30 minutes to get baby supplies (after seeing “open until 12am” on Google”) only to find an employee there to tell me they’ve closed at 10p “for months”."

"This Walgreens makes me so happy. It’s like a second home. The staff are so much fun, and this location never seems to be terribly busy. Sometimes chatty customer interactions add to wait time (lots of regular customers), but I don’t generally shop when I’m in a hurry. Overall I really enjoy this location, and staff are responsive to product stocking/ordering requests and help finding things. I’m a cosmetics person, and I appreciate the selection for darker complexions!"
