"Let me start off saying great location!!! (2 Stars) Whitney was a pleasure to work with while waiting for approval of my apartment. After approval, I was told my move in date was going to be pushed out due to a renovation needed from the poor up keep of previous tenants. I waited 8 weeks to move in. I move in 1/2/24 only to see that there was no renovation at all. Only thing new was a dishwasher, kitchen sink, and a countertop that was measured incorrectly so it doesn’t meet to my appliances. The cabinets were completely damaged with mold/corrosion beyond repair, cabinet drawers were falling out of the frame because tracks had been worn down, closet doors falling continuously off track. There was also a foul smell in the apartment and cabinets from the previous tenants. I literally cried upon move in. I wasn’t able to get a physical tour so all I was able to see was a virtual tour taken in 2013.I would have NEVER chosen this apartment if I was able to tour it before lease signing. No one should have to pay for an apartment in this condition! It’s just completely wrong! I get apartments are lived in and get re-lived in when tenants move out. I also understand you don’t get “brand new apartments” unless specified! However, nothing about the apartment is worth the money even if it’s a low income apartment no one should have to accept excessive amounts of damage or not being able to use the provided areas of your apartment. The air conditioner face is being held together with packing tape? What type of maintenance fix is that? Camelot Square should want better for their name and reputation. They should want residents to be proud to call their buildings home… Now, I’m ashamed. I hope someone higher up sees my feedback and has empathy and does something about this. Worst part is the office is short on staff and I haven’t been able to contact anyone for a response or update about my situation. I have to live with this embarrassment for at least a year. My kids are even embarrassed to have company because of the state of kitchen cabinets. I hope for kindness in their hearts and they fix this issue."

"Sometimes management is on top of things. Sometimes less so. Securing the burned garage last year would have been more of a personal safety issue if I had a child. It needed to be secured with a fence to prevent easy access from tenants and school students."

"I've been living here for the past 2 years. I have not had any issues with management and or anyone in the complex. Most people mind their business. Management has been very good to me. They are accommodating as well. Any problems I've had has been fixed the same day. No complaints on my end."

"I am currently a resident and since I moved in my apartment heating has problem and repeatedly I have called and yet it can't be worked on. Before I moved in, all the doors are terrible. The interesting thing about this apartment complex, when something spoil or need fixing, they won't tell you till you move in and signed lease. This happened to me first hand. You guys have to work on your management at Camelot Square Apartment. I hope the management read this."

"The Staff is so nice! My apartment is beautiful! Maintenance requests are done promptly, Garret is so knowledgeable. My dogs love it here! Best place I've ever rented!"
