"Apparently, all of the big pharmacies such as Walgreens, Walmart, Kroger, etc.. are having issues acquiring and keeping certain prescription medications in stock. This can be extremely concerning, especially when those bigger pharmacies will tell you that the medications are on back order for months at a time. That said, it would appear that Brian's Pharmacy has been much better about getting and keeping these medications in stock. For that reason alone, I think they deserve a 5-star review."

"Brian's Pharmacy is phenomenal!! We recently changed to Brian's after dealing with big chain and not getting the one-on-one feel that we used to get. It's been nice walking in or pulling into the drive thru and the staff immediately knowing who we are. Mandy is absolutely amazing! I have had some frustrations with a doctors office and I don't know how she does it, but she manages to get everything straightened out without me ever having to deal with the stress! They mark the bottle to let me know when my pills are from a different manufacturer so that I am not alarmed if they look different. It's NICE to receive great customer service in a time where customer service is non-existent!!! GREAT JOB BRIAN'S PHARMACY!!! Thank you!!"
