"Overpriced! I was never informed I needed to set up a gas service. I kept getting charged by the office for something I had no idea I had to do. So many things got missed at my move in and not even one person at their office could reach out to me regarding my gas charge. Just ridiculous service despite paying so much! So money hungry."

"Been living here since June. It's a great to see a professional cleaning service in the common areas of 1st and 2nd floors as they have high traffic. Came across an issue of non-tenants getting up the back end of the building and using the pool. Twice that we seen it happen, Hasson, Rich, and Eric have been exceptional at dealing with it. We are hopeful that they will fix that issue permanently for the tenants. All tenants we have met have been very polite and all say they feel safe, and all maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. After living at a previous apartment complex for 10 years, I am glad we moved here and I highly recommend The Axis."

"I recently moved into the Axis in May and have had nothing but a great experience since I moved in. The management is very kind and helpful when you have any questions or concerns, which goes a long way when you are renting! I recently had a sink issue I needed fixed, and it was resolved in under 24 hours - the maintenance team is AWESOME! They went above and beyond to repair my sink and had it done within an hour of them coming to look at it. And - they are super friendly! Thank you maintenance team, you guys rock!"

"This place is incredibly overpriced and full of noisy, disrespectful tenants that also will steal your packages. Loud families with 4+ kids that scream and yell and run down the hallways at all hours of the night. The walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in the units around you. Not to mention, tenants are packing people in their units like sardines (far past city occupancy limits) and are incredibly loud. Management does NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THIS. But that’s not even the worst of it. There is absolutely NO MANAGEMENT here. The office staff is incredibly incompetent and will do absolutely nothing to help you or address concerns. We have tried to report noise issues, package theft etc. and are basically met with a shrug. My boyfriend had to send about 4 different emails with no response to renew his lease (big mistake). Terrible communication. This place has gone incredibly downhill and yet rental rates keep rising. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere better! You could pay way less for a much better home."
