"A nightmare of a location. Extremely busy with a 20-40 minute hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy. If the Walgreens app actually worked and their customer service staff knew what they were doing, a phone call wouldn't be necessary. The hold music is interrupted every 22 seconds with a horrible computer voice that says they are busy assisting other customers. Enough to drive you insane!"
