"They put my tires on my truck they put a used rim in the back between the leather bucket seats and let the rim roll back and forth and scratched up my leather then when you try and send a claim to Costco's insurance they deny it and they will not pay for it so you have to escalate it through your own insurance in order for them to take care of you and then you got to pay your deductible so I would stay away from Costco Tire Center unless you're desperate to save that much money they won't take care of you be sure you're ready for them to scratch or damage your vehicle and not own up to it or pay for it"

"Should have read the reviews. My husband and I were debating whether to get tires from here or discount tire and decided to go here since it would be a little cheaper. Soonest appointment was a month out which is to be expected in winter when everyone wants new tires. Dropped off my car and it was ready in probably 1-1.5 hours, not bad. Two days after I got the tires on a tire pressure warning goes off in my car. Filled up the tire and 2 days later the warning goes off again. Filled up again, and sure enough another warning. Not even a week after I got the tires we filled one 3x. My husband somehow by the grace of God got through on the phone lines and they said to just bring the car back, no appointment needed. Dropped it off and was told it would be an hour. 4 hours later had not heard anything. Called multiple times and wasn’t able to reach anyone. Got a ride back to the store and the car was done, they never bothered to call. They said they were short staffed (ok who isn’t) but they couldn’t take the time to place a 30 second phone call letting me know my car is done? Ridiculous especially when they cut the power to their phones. Apparently a stem something or other was bad and broken so this was replaced for free. I’ll go to discount tire next time. Then you don’t have to deal with the cluster and rat race that is the Eden prairie Costco."

"Had an appointment at 10:00am on 12/22/2023. Showed on time and decided to wait. Checked with counter at 11:00 and was told shop was still working on it. Checked again at 11:30, same answer. Checked at 12:00, same thing. Went outside, noticed my car was not in the shop, found my car sitting on the parking lot with new tires. Went back to counter and asked for car keys and was told car was not ready. I demanded the heys (strong voice), they finally found the keys under the desk… complete lack of organization. I will never go back."

"My tires were just fine but decided to change them to new tires when winter ended costing me 1w00$. It was the biggest mistake i have ever made. A set of problems startedwhere pressure was not held well in the tures. Two nitrogen machines outdoor that never works as either off or malfunctioning. Then you need to wait forever to follow up on a problem. I am willing to change my review once the problem is fixed. It has been 3 months for now"
