"I had my 1 year old sons prescription sent there and it took them over 24 hours to get it ready that's ridiculous!"

"If I can leave zero stars, I would. I have had many issues with pharmacy. I get some people don't, however I did. They always had 4-6 people working. They always had something happen when it came to my prescriptions. Once they didn't have a pretty common medication. So I had to wait a whole another day for my prescription. I understand stuff happens but it seemed to happen every time. Once, they made me walk to my car to get my id, even though I've been there multiple times before. It was supposed to be for the ladies training but the lady never even came over to the computer to enter my information. I made her go show my id to the lady. I still think since she made me get my id she should of been the one finishing up me receiving my prescriptions. I left my purse in my car that day. I just did it without making a scene. I've called and entered my prescriptions over the automated system. It clearly says they'll call back to let you know when they are ready. Never did I receive a call. Also them meds were never ready when I went in sometimes a whole day later. I've been to other pharmacies. Small Town and the big city. I've never had issues with other pharmacies. My prescriptions were always ready hrs later at these locations elsewhere. Their system seems flawed. I just don't understand how unprofessional and unorganized they seem to be. I do not suggest this pharmacy. I demand respect from people in their work field. Luckily I won't have to deal with them I transferred out today."

"I'm a Physician Assistant with over 25 years of clinical experience and I've never been treated so poorly as I have at this pharmacy. I'm also a decorated veteran with three tours of combat in Afghanistan and I think even the VA's Pharmacy is more efficient and professional. All I needed from them was to work with my local clinic "Simplicity" to get a refill on ONE medication that I have been taking for YEARS. I called leaving message after message and not only did they not help me, I'm now "out" of my medication. Thanks a lot Coborn's for your compassionate and professional care. I tried to talk with the Pharmacist but he talked down to me as if I didn't know how our system works. I also tried to talk with a manager but they were too busy hiding upstairs in their elevated loft not giving two hoots about what people need. This pharmacy is under staffed, lacking in basic human decency and has little to no actual focus on real patient care. I will never go to this pharmacy again and it should actually be closed down or taken over by another company. The staff also should be required to take courses in empathy or fired. "Pretty sad, it’s unfortunate I had to listen to the pharmacist while I waited in line talk negative about Medicare and those on Medicare are ruining it for the world. On top of that negative conversation the pharmacist wasn’t clear when I got my new med. He advised me to throw all discontinued pills in garbage in coffee grounds since they didn’t have a drop box. He failed to tell me my new med was starting 2 weeks later and left me now with no meds because he was so angry about Medicare he didn’t care to help me properly."
