"I lived in Summit Townhomes since 2019, I had a positive experience living here. The maintenance Courtney is very professional, dedicated and polite. I had an issue with my stove, Courtney went above and beyond to fix the stove, and gave us reassurance, and was very professional in keeping us updated on how things were going until the issue was resolved. We can't thank him enough for making our experience living in Summit a positive one. Thank you Courtney for your hardwork and dedication."

"Pros: -Quiet pool -Dog friendly but not overrun with dogs -24hr gym. Gym is actually good. -Nice party room that is virtually free for tenants (your deposit is returned after) -They do community events so you can meet neighbors -neighbors are friendly, yet respect privacy -I do not hear neighbors ever -Awesome management. Seriously they are actually friendly unlike other places -Good location. Next to cub and gas stations -multiple bathrooms -Maintenance issues get taken care of promptly -they say they will plow your driveway if your car is not there when there is a lot of snow -you get a trash can and a recycling can -no pet rent -playground Cons: -its a big place so your rent will be higher -its a big place so your utilities will cost a little more -Not a lot of parking for guests but you have a garage and a driveway anyway so most of the time its fine -master bedroom is weirdly small -not a lot of space for a moving truck when you're moving in but you could say that about any place -central air is weird. Cold downstairs. Perfect on ground level. Hot upstairs. (Fans recommended upstairs) -pool is outdoor -cub is next door so you are more likely to go across the street for a midnight snack which can cause weight gain. Overall the cons are really incidental. There is so much I like about this place. 5 out of 5."
