"Need a staircase by the elevator because we sometimes have to wait long time for it. Not getting access to my mailroom on the weekends is getting old. I don’t get my packages from Friday till Monday if it goes in the mailroom. Other than those couple things this place is great. Quiet for the most part and people are pleasant."

"Staff is top notch! Move in was flawless! Apartment was very clean and in outstanding condition. We needed a minor service issue dealt with in a closet. I put a ticket in for service team at 4PM on Friday. Thinking maybe get it done next week sometime. Frank was at our door about 10 minutes later. Finished in about two minutes with a giant smile on his face. Shannon and her team are all amazing."
