"This place is AWESOME. My wife and I have lived in multiple places across the Twin Cities, and this is by far our favorite. The management team is so great to work with, the maintenance is very quick, and the actual townhouse is extremely quiet and perfect for us. I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking for something quiet and comfortable."

"The maintenance hotline is not helpful at all. I was locked out of my moms apartment for 8 hours and they wouldn’t let me in without her. She called and gave permission (as she was out of town) and they came to unlock door for me but didn’t unlock it because I wasn’t there yet. Arrived to a note saying they wouldn’t let me in until next morning and my dogs were inside."

"The facilities are over billed as luxury and thus overpriced. I have had about every appliance go bad and though the repair gentlemen is very knowledge able and kind, management just doesn't care about quality or anything more than collecting a rent check. The floors warp within about 3 months of being newly installed, again just bad quality. I travel for work and to the lake on weekends so the thought of town home living was very appealing. After instances where their property damaged mine, the regional manager honestly told me I should send someone to my home every time I am gone to check on things. I have found there are much much better options in the area and I am looking forward to leaving and exploring those. I moved to MN in a haste and was stuck with this costly mistake."
