Thrifty White Pharmacy

"This company should no longer be in business. I was just informed by my grandson who is in high school that he received a call from Olivia Thrifty White that he had 2 prescriptions ready and if he didn’t pick them up they would be returned to the shelves. This is just unbelievable that a Pharmacy can be so disorganized. He has an unusual name and is not a patient of Thrifty White at all . And he is only 16! What else does this company get wrong. Doses? Prescriptions?"

"Never a in and out deal when going here. Can call 2 days ahead and still doesn't work out. One star just because you can't go lower. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews but this pharmacy is responsible for people's medicine and they just can't get it right! Maddening!!"

"HORRIBLE!!!!! This is what happens when a small town gives up it small business pharmacies in favor of a corporate chain. Same people, extremely opposite result. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. Prescriptions are never ready on time, whether you call to make sure you are able to pick them up, or the pharmacy notifies you. I can't understand why a business with so many employees working each shift, struggles so often with timely service. Do not trust your medications to this company or this location. Move your prescriptions to a more reliable and professional pharmacy! One star, would be zero if that was an option."

"I have many prescriptions to be filled and the team is always available for questions I have. Will went out of his way to search for information about my Medicare insurance question and called me with an answer. Really professional but yet caring too to all my prescription needs!"

"Unbelievable! This is the second time this has happened. I refill the birth control I have been on for almost 2 years.l, and am given something else without so much as a phone call! Both times I’m helped by Pam, the first time I’m told it’s the same thing and I need to get over it, the pharmacist helps me out and fixes it. This time I wasn’t able to get there until right before close, and she’s working again; bags my birth control up out of my eyesight, which is out of character from every other time I’ve ever picked up a script through the drive through, and sure enough, when I get home it’s the pack the pharmacist told me I wouldn’t receive again! My doctor and I worked hard to figure out what works for me, it’s disheartening when I cannot even get a phone call to be told that I won’t get the same prescription. I stand firm in Kim being the only one that seems to care about patients, this is exhausting."
