"Lived here for 3 years. Started out well. The owner likes to make rules up as he goes. Is completely prejudice wouldn't allow my family to come in through our patio. He loves to bully and argue about everything. Ended with a infestation of rodents in my apartment that chewed their way in over a 6 month period. He wouldn't take care of them properly and blamed me for letting them in and then denied they were there. I spent a month in a motel and paid for my own exterminator. My carpets were old and dirty when I moved in and he found a way to keep my damage deposit even though my rent was never late, I left the place on time and left it impeccably clean. He takes advantage of people who don't have exceptional credit and can't afford most places in town. The washers and dryers in this building are GROSS and broken half the time. The exercise equipment is a joke. Tenants aren't allowed in the community room unless you are friends with the maintainace crew. They get to party there every weekend.Don't live here if you don't have to."
