"DO NOT use this company for a new pool liner installation. We placed our liner order in June of 23 and as of today, February 28th 2024, we are still without a liner. I won't even waste your time and give you all the excuses they have come up with as to why. Bottom line is they will gladly take thousands of dollars from you and then take you on the most ridiculous process of unprofessional customer service you will EVER experience. I wish I would have done my due diligence before ever placing my order. And oh by the way, check out what my pool has turned into while we wait on this company to finally quit making excuses and do their job!"
