Beacon Ridge

"Update: one week later and still no contact from management whatsoever per their response below It is so nice to have a free standing house that is a rental and I absolutely LOVE Julie in the office, however that is where the good things end. Communication - we cannot get in touch with anyone ever. We send repeated emails, leave voicemails, etc and never get responses. maintenance- there are so many maintenance issues with the house. At one point we had 13+ open tickets. Our vanity is separating from our wall (see picture), it is boiling hot upstairs while freezing downstairs (at least 6 degree difference) to where we have to turn on the fire for actual warmth, our windows and microwave are not sealed so there are cold drafts throughout the house, and the “smart home hub” has not worked for the 8+ months we have lived here but we continue to get charged a fee for it. There is very limited lawn care with dead trees hanging over our house, weeds everywhere, and no one does anything. Additionally, maintience shows up and expects to be let in with no warning. We have tried making appointments in advance which they repeatedly miss with no warning. They did not clean the house before we moved in to the point that we purchased a carpet cleaner and after three rounds of cleaning, we still get black water each time. They repainted but the painters slopped all over the ceiling, light switches, and baseboards so it constantly looks dirty and not put together. There is also a skeet shooting range next door. We knew about this before we moved in, but thought a reasonable house would be insulated enough it wouldn’t be an issue. Well, that is not the case. The gunshots are just as loud outside as in the house. It makes it hard to focus on work, nap, and just generally unpleasant to be home on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 am -7 pm. They also shut the gym down frequently for “private events” which I don’t understand as I pay for access to that. I understand the party room being reserved but am not sure why the gym is related to that. Overall, I cannot believe the price for such awful service and a poorly cared for property. Do not recommend."
