"The worst apartment complex I've ever rented from. AWFUL management - along with poor ownership. Lower rates then other complexes around - so are their standards. Spend the same or a little more and get better taken care of as a tenant/person... would not recommend this dirty hole to any one! They'll cheat you out of any penny possible and the up keep is horrible."

"This place is a dump, If you are thinking that this place might have to settle because they are “pet friendly” think again. Nothing about this place is pet friendly. Especially the salt they put down in the winter. Your dogs feet will burn as soon as they step a paw on it. Takes weeks if not months for something to get fixed, third floor is the worst due to the leaky roofs, Parking is a joke, no cameras in the parking lots. Like most other reviews, you will not get your damage deposit back, they will lie to make money. I mean… Its called the bluffs for a reason, all they do is bluff you the whole time you live there. Steer clear of this place!!!!!!"

"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They do not offer rental history, which will make getting an apartment later difficult. The caretaker is a nice lady, but her boss is a complete KAREN. She will talk down to you at the beginning of the conversation. She does not handle herself well in altercations. It is impossible to communicate with her. This was my first apartment place and I thought is was okay, but then I moved out and I learned what an apartment place SHOULD be like. This place charges luxury prices for a basic apartment."

"Easy Move in, about the only part of this place worth a star. Parking was and is still a very bad situation. Refrigerator went out twice during the time there One of the walls in the kitchen had no electric for 6 months despite informing the landlords. Huge rent hike after the first year of living there, was notified a week after the document to us was originally dated of the prices going up leaving us a weekend to respond. Only got back 200 dollars of the 900+ deposit, due to cleaning fees (despite nonstop cleaning 24 hours prior and marking off the entire checklist) and supposed damage, which was there when we moved in. The company that owns the apartments is definitely in it to get every dollar they can out of you."
