"I spoke to them about problems with my intex pool pump filter. I said i had the combo sand filter/salt pump and they showed me the combo they have. It was a different brand, and i trusted they were showing me the same type of system. I waited a week and went back to get it. AFTER I hooked it up I noticed it was not a salt water pump. When I called they did not understand the problem. I never had luck with pools until i had the salt water pump. Now i have to spend more money for another attachment. I know I should have caught the mistake when i hooked it up but when I am looking for a replacement, i need the same type i had before, not what they want to sell. I thought i was getting a better system...i may be but now spending more money to fix this."
