"They are very discourteous to say the least... my kid is a student at the NLRHS & he couldn't get the student discount fare through them though on their website it reads that students can get the discount while in school. Why do we pay taxes, high taxes, to use public services & are denied the right to do so? I will complain!!"

"The police officers are doing much better at explaining the rules and laws of their establishment and help diffuse situations so they don't hopefully happen again. The buses do sometimes run late, but that's probably usually because their low on drivers."

"Britney, our Metro Connect driver, is just the best. Exceptionally nice and professional. It's a bit of a chore having to always call for a pickup, wish the app worked, but you can't have everything. The people who answer the phone sound exceptionally over worked and stressed, wish they could get more help to share their load. But that's a management issue and out of my hands."

"These busses are awful. For work, I leave about 3 hours early due to the fact that every bus is always 1 hour late, when they are supposed to take 30 minute per route. The drivers are very rude, unprofessional, and drive horribly. Many ride their brakes, drive very slow, slam on their brakes, and will stop anywhere and sit for no reason for at least 15 minutes which is not what they're supposed to do. It's very irritating having to ride these, because of drunk drivers slamming into us and totalling our car. The busses also smell very strong of pot, and have people who yell across the bus nonstop for entire rides, including the drivers. They never pay attention to what they're doing either, and very often almost hit other cars. I would NEVER step one foot on any of these busses."
