"Wendy's is really getting terrible! No one was in the drive-thru, and the restaurant wasn't busy, yet we were treated like we were an annoyance! Maybe Donesia is annoyed because she doesn't have any teeth! We ordered 1 combo, and she hollered out our total. We weren't even done ordering! We only wanted two combos large with bacon and no onions, and they can't even get that right! What's the problem with customer service at Wendy's? Why are your employees so unhappy? Maybe your employees wouldn't be so angry and incompetent if you give them a raise! I'm so done with Wendy's, and I'd like a refund asap!"
"I went for my son to get him lunch. My son is on the spectrum and I wanted him to order his own food. He wouldn't speak up but the patience of the employee was something g to be observed. She was excellent. Thank you young lady. That was awesome for you to have the patience to let my son finish his order. This was an awesome experience!"
"The service was fine, and the food was the same as every other Wendy's, but the place was a MESS......EVERYWHERE! The bathrooms had no hand soap or paper towels, the drink machine had no ice, the counter where you pick up your food had receipts, food, liquid, and ketchup all over it, the ketchup and napkin station and the lids/straws stations were both disgusting, the floor was sticky everywhere, etc. There wasn't a spot that had been cleaned in a while, it seemed. But the employees were pleasant and our order was correct! So that's a plus!"
"Food was delicious!! I wish I could tell you what it was, but it was not our order. We ate every bit of it though and was not disappointed. We even got a bonus soda - we told them we should only receive two, (one with each combo) and kindly told us to keep it. I'll come back again. The food quality was excellent and we're happy we got to try a combo meal we wouldn't have normally ordered and thoroughly enjoyed!"
