"The service was excellent!!! The success of my business is predicated on my equipment being in operation. Today I had a mower go down. I called ahead to check on the timeliness of repairing it and Alex said to bring it on in. When I arrived he took a quick look and told me they could have me back in operation within a couple hours. Before I even left Alex had a technician looking at my mower and within an hour they called to let me know it was ready. I’m very appreciative of not only that kind of service but for their professional and informed staff. In a world where any kind of service is nonexistent they go above and beyond. "I should probably give a another review because in the past I have had really good service. On this day however, I had a bad experience with a very simple problem. I wanted to put a brush cutter adapter on my trimmer. I could have bought the kit on Amazon but I like to keep my business local if at all possible. (ended up buying on Amazon) I believe this is a locally owned company so I definitely want to support that. The guy that "tried" to help me gave me the run around. He acted like it couldn't be done. He started saying random things about the spline, threads and that it would cause vibrations. I guess he though I didn't know what I was talking about and I would be confused by what he was saying. At that point, I could tell he didn't have a clue what he was talking about and I didn't want to argue with the guy. I had already researched it and knew what I needed. I just said Ok, left and went home and ordered it off of Amazon. I will certainly try and avoid that guy if I go back in there. Like I said, I have had great service in the past but they were different staff members."
