"Todays visit was very unwelcoming. After waiting for assistance in the battery section, a supervisor and another manager by the name of Shelly were both standing next to my family, and i oblivious to our questions. So i proceeded to ask if they worked at the store and the supervisor wess said on some days with humor, i accepted that, but Shelly kept her back turned and ignored my question as she kept trying to talk to Wess as if i was bothering them. This was the worst customer service interaction i had with a store clerk at a Sams."
