"I really liked using Freedom Drug until today. I went to pickup my pulls to find out they cost me $38.00 and not $17.00 like I have being paying for years. The lady was very nice in drive up window but she informed me I had a deductible and that's why it cost so much. I've never had to pay one before today. I called my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield just to find out they no take my insurance. I'm sorry but I won't be back. This needs to be posted so people can decide to take the price or not. WALMART COST $15.00. I don't usually give a bad mark but this really upset me because I was not told they STOPPED TAKING BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD. Thank you."

"The pharmacist is very nice and helpful but the counter staff is not reliable. I switched to this pharmacy because they do medication deliveries which is very helpful when you are disabled and don't have a car but you need to contact them at least twice to ensure that your prescription actually gets put in the delivery items. And if they forgot they will not send the driver back with it and they won't deliver on weekends so you are just out of your meds for several days."
