"Very rude customer care/service. Waited on phone forever and woman who answered was very rude and condescending. Suggest going elsewhere."

He was friendly and talkative but there is a time and place for cell phones, not only did he do it to me but did it to the customer ahead of me! Kaylen I believe was his name."

"I was using walgreens in greenwood until it closed down because it was closer to me. Even if that pharmacy opens back up I'll stick with this pharmacy. They have helped me so many times I can't count them all. They always seem to work it out when I'm overwhelmed. Theyll find a goodrx code, a savings program, or something. This is my favorite pharmacy I've ever worked with."

"I recently started using this pharmacy, not impressed, some of the techs are pretty knowledgeable and very obviously care as it's their professional reputations on the line, while other techs are rude and hateful and just couldn't care less. I do not like being talked down to...no one does. I have went several times to pick up anti-seizure meds for my client and was left waiting at the counter, not being recognized because the female techs were to busy flirting with the young male pharmacist or they are too busy "visiting"."

"People are unfriendly and only do the bare minimum to move you along. One tech tells me insurance won't pay so I spend the money to buy my own. Next tech says "oh they pay just not this brand" so instead of ordering a supply for me they give me the one box they have. I try to refill again... same run around with the techs... Stick to a smaller friendly pharmacy where they WANT to help you and not treat you as if you are a bother. I had not one problem with my refills after switching to my smaller pharmacy closer to me."
