"The kids they have working here have apparently never been taught to use simple hand tools. If you buy anything from here that was put together by the employees, take it back apart and do it the right way. Bought a garden cart and bolts were on backward, nuts were just finger tight. Had different size bolts on the same piece. What happened to a time when southern boys could use a wrench and a screwdriver. UPDATE: Went to return the item and they had to scramble for the money for the return. What kind of chain store leaves their people so unprepared. I made a comment to the manager about having a safe and she said they do but have to keep a certain amount of money in it which makes no sense. I guess they have money that they're not allowed to use for customer service."
