"My motor seized on vacation travelled from KC. In the aftermath of the pandemic with no parts or motors available, Jim had a rebuilt power head that just happened to fit my motor. I installed the unit in his lot with ample advice and know how at my disposal. He was kind enough to also lend any tools and even a fork lift to help get the job done. Justin, one of his technician, even went out on the boat on the first run to make sure it ran correct. Later, we did have an electrical component that had failed. They helped diagnose the issue, offered tools and assistance and it was replaced without additional fees. Jim was concerned about my prop being too big. He reached it and once again offered everything to help repair it in his parking lot. In a day in age when no one cares, this company with ALL staff had gone above and beyond to help a guy down on his luck save a family vacation. Thanks guys for all the help. I recommend this business to everyone and wish more were operated like it."

He was quick to order me a better option and let me swap in the slightly used prop. Good customer service and great guy. Also - he can get props overnight, where many websites will require +7 days to arrive."

"Do not recommend. The owner will not listen to what you want. Instead, he interuptted me to tell me that what I want is wrong and would not defer from attempting to sell me what I had no interest in. Refused to even budge. Poor customer service and sales skill is non-existent. Just wanted to sell me most expensive version of what I really didn't want. Then proceeded to tell me I'm an idiot for wanting what I did. Will never cast a shadow on their door again."
