"I recently bought a used boat from Extreme Sport Boats. As a first time boat owner I was very nervous. They delivered our boat to our newly rented slip on Beaver Lake and we immediately had problems with the motor cutting out and losing power. It took almost three weeks and two trips by the dealership to pick up our boat and take it to the shop for repairs. So with all that, why the five star review? From the salesman who sold us the boat (Rick), to the mechanic who picked it up and worked on it (Ricky) to the manager (Mike), we were continually assured that they would not abandon us and they would get our boat working like it should. And they followed through with their promise and got our new (used) boat running great! Their customer service was what you hope a local dealership would have."
