Walmart Pharmacy 367 West Main Street, Farmington, AR 72730

"If I could guve 0 stars I would. I don't blame the employee that was new for not knowing how to switch a prescription to good RX but the manager who didn't take the time to come and help her until she was ready to go to lunch. After the new employee struggled for 10 min with switching the prescription to good RX because the prescription was not covered by my insurance and was almost 50$. For 3 prescriptions!t The manager rudely came over and said that they were supposed to be closed for lunch and there is a line behind us... which was not our fault we needed the items switched to good RX and it took so long because the manager did not train or offer to help her new employee. Then the manager could not even clearly explain why the prescriptions were so expensive. After getting things switched around one of the scripts ended up being covered by insurance and with the other 2 switched to good RX the price went from 50$ to a little less than 30$, I use a different neighborhood market pharmacy in Springdale for almost all my perscrptions and have never had a manager not be able to explain what is going on and they always offer to put it on good RX if insurance is not covering it."

"Waited this morning for pharmacy to open at 9. Employees did not show up until right at 9. Opened up and proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get my BABIES medication ready until closer to noon. I then RUSHED to pharmacy and pulled up at 128 and they put the closed sign up as I pulled up and said they would open at 2:00. Very frustrated that I couldn’t have gotten my BABIES medicine the first time I came. Now I have to wait 30min to try again. Will be switching pharmacies. This is also not the first time something like this happened."

"Because, of ppl talking about pharma not fulfilling #Hydroxychloroquine I decided to ask my local Walmart if he would prescribe it. He flat out said no! I didn’t even say what I wanted it for, he just stated NO! That’s crazy, that a pharmacist can override a Dr.! Heck I could of needed e it for an on label issue and these liberal hack pharmaceutics won’t prescribe it! It’s absolutely crazy that a persons political views can over ride a doctors prescription or orders"

"Every time I go to pick up a prescription from this Walmart, it is never ready. I’ve tried various to refill such as using the app days in advanced, but it’s like they don’t even look at it. The people are nice but the efficiency is not great. If there is a problem with the prescription, they never call to let you know either, they wait until you get there before they tell you."

"Horrible experience for months now. Will say my prescription is ready and I get there and it isn't almost every time. Even when I called to verify. Also 5pm when my prescription should be ready they tell me they will have to order it and it will be in Friday at noon well it's Saturday and now they're saying it's not going to be in until Monday. Half of the time they say it says I didnt pay for my last one when I go in the drive thru so it's not possible. I've given them chance after chance. Around 6 months and every time there is another and reoccurring issues."
