"There is no doubt the kindness of the staff. However, When you call days ahead to fill your prescriptions and are told they will be delivered, you have that expectation of great service to be fulfilled. Then prescriptions are not delivered, no call and so you call and they haven’t even been filled! So, you come and wait the better part of an hour in line to get them. Very frustrating. What if one of those medications were absolutely vital? When I called I was told they changed their software- what else fell through the cracks? While my meds may not seem important to you, they are to me. And you are a big enough business that you won’t miss mine."
