"Brenda one of the front desk ladies was very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. We were referred to face and jaw for an emergency. When we called to see how soon we could get in she laughed at us and said they were a month in a half out. Being in constant pain and not being able to sleep, and then hearing her laugh at how long it would be until I could get in was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. We finally got set up with an appointment and were told that we would get a call back that day or the next about an estimate of cost and never did. We called back 2 days after to see what the estimate was and once again Brenda was extremely rude. If you don’t have good people skills and can’t be professional in your line of work you should definitely consider a different career!! I definitely will be taking this up with her supervisor."

"I HIGHLY recommend Face and Jaw!! I was very nervous to be put under, as it was my first time, but they did a great job with calming me down and making sure I was comfortable. Elisa was the lady who took me back to my room and assisted my surgeon with my wisdom teeth extraction and she is amazing! She was so nice and made the process 10x better! They did a wonderful job taking care of me and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone in this place was great!"

"Dr. Preston Gomez and his team were wonderful. They were professional and yet very personable. I don't like going to the dentist and was very apprehensive, and quite frankly scared! Dr. Gomez made me feel comfortable by explaining the procedure and assuring me that everything would be fine. His team was very caring and personable and made sure I was physically comfortable for the procedure. His team spent time explaining to me what to expect after the surgery, what to eat and how to care for my oral hygiene after the surgery. I would highly recommend Face & Jaw Surgery Center to anyone who needs oral surgery."

"Wonderful caring staff from the moment you are greeted at check in to the moment your appointment is over. The staff, nurses, techs and Dr’s are so kind and made my son feel safe and comfortable during his oral surgery. They explained everything so that he could understand and also new how to make him laugh to take his mind off things like placing an IV. They are very professional and made sure we new the game plan for at home care and called the day after to check on us. We highly recommend Face and Jaw Surgery Center Grand Forks! "I couldn't be more impressed with staff and experience. I went to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed. The atmosphere is very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to meet the needs of myself, my husband, and my young children. Surgery was quick, comfortable, and successful. When I say comfortable I mean they actually gave me a fluffy very comfy lavender scented blanket!! I highly recommend this business! I also had some pretty awesome staff members Megan and Deadra!"
