"Only rent from these people if you don't value your time and prefer to be lied to. Me and my Son were approved for one of their homes and were awaiting a time and date to sign the lease and pay deposits. 2 days later they rented it out from underneath us and offered a lesser home for more. Originally, rent was $925 in a prime location near Mother Road Market, the one they offered? Sure, bigger, but that was it. Location no where near as "cool" and they wanted $995. Wow! Thanks guys! Took my $35 application fee, built our hopes up and then wasted our time. I turned down other opportunities because you gave us a MOVE IN DATE! So much for December 1st.
