The Gores Company

"I have had my home listed for going on 4 months,, and not one has it been showen by gore's company,, the only way it was showed was by 2 other realtors and not gore's company,, he took bad pictures ,, and I took way better one ask him to post them ,, I said the washer and dryer goes with the home and also that there is wood to repair the deck also do a lot ment for the flooring for the 3 bedrooms and nothing in my add said anything about that called him do many times and he would say he would call me back and never does ,, if I would of know how this went I would find one that that is really realtor sell it gore's company I feel is not really wanting to sell my home 3 months it should of sold by now"

"I started renting from them in September, it is now June and they still have not put a door on my bathroom…. Their rentals are falling apart. For example there is a deck that has holes in it, no railing, and a plywood slab the cover a fire-damaged wall. (There are two children living in/near that rental.) My place has ants so bad i thought my floor was moving!"
