"Not a place you want to live if you like your privacy. Please never tell Todd—the leasing manager any of your personal business because he will surely tell everyone in the community. He’s extremely unprofessional that way. When we moved out, we thoroughly cleaned the apartment. When we received our deposit, there were deductions for usual wear and tear items and not to mention a fee for what they claim was an unswept garage. I know for a fact the garage was spotless. We considered taking them to court, but decided it would be a waste of time. Scammers never Win for long. Not a great experience at all. The living experience could have been a better one if Todd was not apart of the managing company."

"I am surprised that anyone would leave anything less than a 5 star review. My husband and I will be leaving Lakewood Terrace this month after living here for 2 years. We have had an incredible experience! The condos are above average quality and you can tell they really care about taking care of their tenants. Even when there was an issue, Todd was always quick to respond to our needs. I have always felt safe and at home living here. I am sad to be leaving but am so grateful that I had the opportunity to live here. I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to rent in Alexandria!"

"Great living experience for the 2 years I was there, condos are kept in amazing conditions. My neighbors were friendly, didnt have any noise issues and any time I needed help all I had to do was call Todd and we would sit down, work out a plan and he'd help me make it through. Not a lot of folks are willing to go the extra mile,Todd definitely does. I cant thank him and Lakewood enough for getting me where I am today."
