"I’ve been to this Goodwill a few times and was surprised by the rudeness I encountered from an employee ( an older lady). A cart was brought out I was standing in front of it just looking at the free merchandise they put a price on and the lady assumed I was going to grab something off the cart and she made a rude comment, uncalled for & not necessary. Some of the employees do not mind if you look at the donated merchandise but some are @$$holes. The prices here are getting ridiculous, a good bit of the donated goods can be bought brand new or from EBay for just a few dollars more."

"Love-love-love this Goodwill. We live in Altus but had to come to Conway, decided to stop by and wow, was I surprised. This place has beautiful decor, lots of nice clothes, shoes/boots, and just tons of items to choose from. The cashier was fast, and friendly, and took care, wrapping my items. The Best Goodwill in Arkansas that I have been in!!"

"I shop here a couple of times a week. Yes it is a very clean and organized store and honestly I have never met a cashier that wasn't really nice and helpful if I needed it. However the people on the floor don't speak or even smile and will and have walked away from me personally many times. They know exactly who they are and maybe this may adjust their attitude because this is a fabulous store and she is the bad apple and I pray they don't allow her to ruin all of the others hard work. Anyway other than that this is my favorite Goodwill. Thank yoy"

"Although the store his tinier and can easily get overcrowded, they had a lot of great items to choose from. They had lots of decor, clothing, blankets, and more. We found several nice shirts at a good price and some nice decor too! They had some great discounts. The staff were friendly on both occasions that we stopped by to shop around!"

"This store used to be a fun place to shop at and find out of the ordinary things but in the last few months they have doubled thier prices on so many things. Selling things for more then the cost to buy them NEW And the product is donated to them so inflation is no excuse. I will not be donating here any longer nor buying things. Not to mention they never have enough staff and lines are way to long. I bought something at the dollar store and threw it in with my donations just to see if the online reviews were true about goodwill.. they had that used item listed for $3.00 a few days later?? Come on guys get better management go back to how good you used to be."
