"I’ll start off by saying that the units themselves are nice. Built in 2019 so they are nice! It’s the people living in them and how situations are handled that is the problem. Our neighbor shot a bullet through our wall and claimed it was “accidental”. The hole was patched fairly quickly but as anyone can imagine that leaves some lasting fears especially in our children who were home when it happened. And to make matters worse the neighbors boyfriend was banned from the premises after an altercation that happened later that same night that resulted in a screaming match and him punching her car mirror off and speeding off down the road. Not even a week later and she was sneaking her banned boyfriend back into her unit and when I complained I was told nothing can be done unless he is caught there by law enforcement. I can’t even say how many times I would hear screaming next door and my younger kids would get scared thinking a gun would go off. I assured them they were safe but they didn’t feel safe. We eventually had enough and got lucky enough to buy a house. We rented through dw jones for 11 years. It’s sad that they didn’t try harder to remedy the situation."

"I give this place a 1 star I move in to theys town houses back In February after we had a Apartment fire on January 29 2022. But after my year here Is up I will be looking at moving out of here because if you are some that would look at moving in to any D.W.Jones place I would tall you to think agen be for moving in to one of there places it is like giving up your freedom because its like living in a prison there all ways watch you they walk around your place looking in your windows they look in your garage when The door is open and you cant have a fire pet outside you cant cook out and you cant have anyone over and if you are someone that like to ride motorcycles 4 wheelers or Snowmobiles you would not like it here because they will not let you have a motorcycle a 4 wheeler or a snowmobile and if you have any of theys they will call you and right you up"
