"The underground garage door for the Kassenberg building did not latch properly even though residents consistently had car windows broken and valuables taken. Because of this my car window was smash and my car was stolen out of the parking garage. After all that the door was finally fixed but there was no footage to turn over to the police because, as the building manager told me "there is no point in having cameras because people wear masks". The police officer I filed the report with was unsurprised when I told him where the car was taken from. After all this, they still tried to make me pay $50 for a replacement garage opener and sent everyone a guilt tripping letter telling us not to leave valuables in their cars because "garage is not a secure area". In addition I had to go out weeks after the theft to clean up the glass because there is zero maintenance done by Campbell. Residents should be safe and secure in their homes and management has failed to provide that time and time again."

"This review is for Kassenborg apartment above wonderful restaurants Rustica. The apartment is perfect during summer time, big windows for fresh air, downtown and nearby to big library and park. However, during winter, the underground garage door will locked due to freezing temp multiple times. You have to call for maintenance to have it open and will take a long time to get them open. Also, the electric bill during November climb to $300+ on February electric bill was almost $500 and this is studio type place without washing machine and dryer. Big draft the windows and ceiling so high takes forever to warm the place and when the snow melt, plenty of water drips from the ceiling, almost slide the floor coming home from work big puddle. I Hope they fix the place since it's beautiful and perfect summer time."
