"I believe communication with calmness is key. I've only been around for almost a year, but they've been kind to me when I've called. So when calling the office, they may be busy, so be patient and be kind. Only downfall is the not so good individuals that either stay here or just pick up whatever it is all hours of the night forcing the locked doors open to the building causing damage to their property. or the parents not supervising kids that pull fire alarms or kids banging on doors or running up and down the halls screaming and slamming their doors repeatedly. I do understand kids are kids but the walls are thin so it's very loud at times. But the office and maintenance worker's I've had no real issues with. Just be kind and they will be kind as well. Imagine how goldmark feels with how many people damage their property or leave constant trash in their hall's, outside in the parking lot or yard. Or even splattering mud on their walls or liquid being dumped on their stairs.... it works both ways folks. Respect is earned, not just given."

"We have been trying to reach the office for days just to find out where our vehicle ended up from being towed. In which they said lot cleaning was going to happen on a day that didn’t happen, they cleaned the lot 4 days LATE which resulted in our car getting towed. Then we can’t find the company with our vehicle because no one can pick up the phone for DAYS. We are now being charged for the extra days it sat in their lot when we could’ve had the time to pick it up THE FIRST day we noticed it was gone. There was no help given in the time we needed it."

"I lived here in 18 months, I have to say the management here is nice as well as maintenance guys. They responded quickly when my apartment was flooded and other issues. Steph - the manager, is a wonderful woman, she helped me when I lost my keys, and other favors. I left just because they don't have a bigger room for my budget and the community is kinda complicated. You will have to watch out the neighborhood when you live here."

"The Worst Apartments to live.... The customer service is so rude, they don’t even respect you, they lie to much, and they never listen your concerns. They security is too bad, the door are always broken, theirs always cops, and people smoke on the hallways. They never clean the parking Lots- it takes them to clean the broken lates a weeks almost when the snow mallets out they will ask you to remove your car on the parking and even that time they don’t clean very good. The management are the worst, they hang up on me on the phone one time. I will sing another lease with gold mark and you shouldn’t they are the worst."

"This place has been nothing but problems since moving in in the middle of August. First off I had to have them bring a drain plug for the tub, a storm window for one of the bedrooms and the closet door that was broken has still not been fixed. Second I called about the ceiling vent/fan in the bathroom being beyond disgusting as I took the cover off the scrub the ceiling as it looked to have cigarette residue on it and some kind of purple/red residue that keeps reappearing and running down the walls to which maintenance said "they did not know what it was" when they came to clean the vent that now does not even turn on and is held in place with 2 screws instead of the middle screw that was there prior. So now that I have no working vent/fan in the bathroom, residue still running down the walls anytime it gets hot in the bathroom and with the rain tonight a leaking window in my living room that conveniently the after hours maintenance people did not answer the phone. NOT impressed in the least with Goldmark and will not rent from them again after this lease is up!"
